JLG’s new Las Vegas Service Center is now open. The new facility provides JLG customers with expert maintenance and repair on their equipment, plus an enhanced commitment to efficiency and environmental impact.
The 30,000-square-foot service center includes two acres of storage to service equipment rentals and owned machines.
Equipped with eight service bays and overhead crane capacity, including three ten-ton and two five-ton cranes, JLG’s Las Vegas Service Center brings a much-needed repair capability to companies in the Western U.S.
With a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity for clientele, JLG ensures parts are available the same day. This availability helps avoid rental losses or the need for backup machine deliveries.
The center is equipped with a solar-powered lift dock, allowing technicians to easily adjust for height variations in equipment. This solar-powered solution aligns with JLG's sustainability efforts in other service locations.
Additional environmental initiatives include recycling programs for wood and steel, plus an oil recovery process.
JLG also implemented an exterior wash pad onsite, designed to recirculate and filter water, to minimize waste and prevent chemicals from entering the sewage system. The water is collected in a floor basin to be treated and repurposed. Over time, any waste that’s generated is separated and hauled away for disposal.
The Las Vegas facility houses a team of 10 highly skilled service technicians with a combined experience exceeding 70 years. These factory-trained professionals offer a comprehensive range of assistance, including inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauls for JLG equipment, ensuring fleets operate at peak performance.
As a reliable and cost-effective resource for JLG customers, service centers guarantee timely turnaround, accurate repairs with the use of OEM parts, and full support, from routine oil changes to major repairs.
The Las Vegas Service Center celebrated its grand opening in November 2023 and joins JLG’s network of service centers and authorized service providers.
The location is JLG’s fifth service center and its only location west of Texas.
The new JLG Service Center is located at 4140 Frehner Road in North Las Vegas. It operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. For more details on JLG’s new center and all JLG facilities, click here.
