When you need to go higher, work faster and do more, JLG® mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) can elevate your access to work at height, helping you conquer aerial job site challenges with confidence.

Whether you work in aerospace, agriculture, aviation, commercial and retail facilities, construction (general and heavy), demolition, energy, entertainment, industrial, institutional, landscaping, mining, warehousing and distribution, or virtually anything in between, JLG MEWPs are purpose-built to address access needs of a variety of industries and applications.

As the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of access equipment, our goal at JLG is to go above and beyond to support customers. We don’t just deliver the aerial access equipment you need to complete work at height, but we also offer training that will help you get the job done safely and with confidence. Our expert-developed training programs are designed to make sure you are compliant with the most up-to-date ANSI and CSA standards, as well as the current OSHA regulations. From online supervisor training to MEWP and telehandler operator and equipment service training, JLG training programs are comprehensive and made to fit your needs.
What you need to know about JLG MEWPs
For example, our training covers all aspects of our products, including important details to help you understand the different types of MEWPs that we offer, including JLG scissor lifts, boom lifts, vertical lifts and AccessMaster® (AM) lifts.

Scissor lifts

Scissor lifts are work platforms used to move workers vertically (up and down) to access overhead work, as well as to move operators to different work-at-height locations on job sites. These types of MEWPs have plenty of the platform capacity and workspace to lift tools and people to height.

Boom lifts

Boom lifts are high-reaching equipment equipped with a hydraulic boom and a platform at the end that is able to raise, lower and maneuver people into place to complete work at height. A telescopic boom lets you reach farther with more capacity, putting you right where you need to be as simply and efficiently as possible. But, if the job requires you to get up and over objects, you need an articulating boom lift.

Vertical lifts
When maintenance or repair work requires overhead reach in tight spaces, vertical lifts deliver full access with the productivity to finish those pressing tasks. With both drivable and push-around models available, these MEWPs offer an efficient and productive way to tackle up and over work. And, they’re also a safer, more efficient alternative to ladders, offering a boost of confidence on the job.

AccessMaster lifts
The AM Series (AccessMaster) push-around vertical lifts deliver a whole new level of value and performance. Available in six models, they’re an ideal choice for a low-cost solution to overhead work and maintenance applications. All AM Series are easy to transport, and operators can change the platform — without any tools — in less than a minute, to suit specific application needs.
