Our aerial work platforms feature a "1 and 5" Warranty, providing one year Standard Warranty on parts and five years Structural Warranty on structural components.
Our telehandlers feature a "1, 2 and 5" Warranty, providing one year Standard Warranty on parts, two years or 2,000 hours on drivetrain and five years on structural components.

How to File a Warranty Claim
Quickly file warranty claims on Online Express. You must be a JLG account holder with login credentials for Online Express to access our warranty system, Service Bench. Please have your equipment's serial number and warranty documentation ready to complete the claim. If you need help accessing this system, please contact your Aftermarket District Sales Manager or our Support Team.
