Program Terms and Conditions

JLG FINANCIAL PROGRAM: 0% for 60 Months on the JLG EC450AJ, R1370, R2646, X660SJ, 313, E313 and SkyTrak 3013

• This program (the “Program”) is offered only to (i) current JLG account holders (“JLG Authorized Distributors”) and (ii) end users who purchase new JLG X660SJ, 313, E313 and SkyTrak 3013 telehandlers (“Eligible Products”) from inventory held by JLG. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following JLG Authorized Distributors are excluded from this Program: United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, Herc Rentals and EquipmentShare.

• Only Eligible Products are subject to this program, subject to JLG approved pricing.

• JLG EC450AJ, R1370, R2646, X660SJ, 313, E313 and SkyTrak 3013 currently held in inventory by JLG Authorized Distributors are not eligible under this Program.

• Eligible Products purchased by non-JLG account holders shall be invoiced through a JLG Authorized Distributor of JLG’s choosing.

• The Program will be offered until June 30, 2026 or until supplies last. The Program can be modified, cancelled or terminated by JLG at any time and for any reason in JLG’s sole discretion.

• All transactions are subject to credit approval (and all subsequent terms, conditions and documentation required thereof) by a third-party lender (LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc.), or an alternative third-party lender of JLG’s choosing. • Rate and payment factors are subject to an end user’s or JLG Authorized Distributors’ creditworthiness.

• Program terms and rates are subject to change without notice.

• A minimum $350 documentation fee for transactions under this Program will apply.

• Final subsidy eligibility and qualification under the Program shall be determined at the sole discretion of JLG.

• Contact your JLG representative for more Program details. This Program is subject to change or termination at any time without notice and may contain errors or omissions, which JLG reserves the right to correct. All applicable taxes, freight, delivery, and other charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This Program is non-transferable and void where prohibited. Participation is subject to compliance with all Program requirements and applicable laws. JLG reserves the right to deny or revoke eligibility for any participant that fails to comply with Program terms. JLG, its Authorized Distributors, and any third-party lenders are independent entities, and no agency or partnership relationship is created hereby

Retail Program Eligibility Requirements:

Program Eligibility Requirements: The JLG retail financing program (“Retail Program”) is offered exclusively to JLG Authorized Distributors  (“JLG Distributors”), the terms of which may only be extended to a customer of a JLG Distributor, or as part of a retail transaction to authorized JLG Distributor customers (collectively, a “Purchaser”). Sales of equipment for use in a JLG Distributor’s rental fleet or sales of equipment to Purchasers by an unauthorized JLG Distributor are hereby excluded from this Retail Program.  Subsidized rates are offered through the Retail Program are only eligible on new, unused condition, JLG or Skytrak banded equipment with fewer than one hundred (100) hours of use and must have been shipped directly from JLG to an JLG Distributor with a JLG invoice date of less than one (1) year.  The following JLG Distributors are excluded from this program, United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, Herc Rentals and EquipmentShare.   JLG, in its sole discretion, may determine a JLG Distributor’s eligibility under this Program. While a JLG Distributor may offer a rate lower than this Retail Program to a Purchaser as part of a retail transaction, the JLG Distributor may, under no circumstances, offer a rate higher than the subsidized rates herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JLG may cancel this Retail Program at any time, and for any reason, without any liability owed to a JLG Distributor. JLG offers no direct financing under this Retail Program. JLG may, but shall not be required, to submit a credit application to a third-party financial partner (“Lender”) of JLG’s choosing for Lender to assess a Purchaser’s creditworthiness. All decisions made by a Lender in rendering a creditworthiness decision shall be made in Lender’s sole and absolute discretion. If offered, financing shall be underwritten by and transacted through the Lender and may be subject to separate terms and conditions between a Purchaser and a Lender. JLG makes no representations or warranties with respect to any arms’ length, third party transaction between a Lender and a Purchaser for financing, and explicitly disclaims any and all representations and warranties of any kind, whether written or oral, express or implied, either in fact or by operation of law, or by statute or otherwise including, but not limited to representations and warranties relating to (i) the Lender as to the Purchaser’s creditworthiness, or (ii) the Purchaser’s ability to secure a loan from the Lender.

Rental fleet Program Eligibility Requirements:

Program Eligibility Requirements: The JLG rental fleet financing program (“RF Program”) is offered exclusively to JLG Authorized distributors (“JLG Distributors”), the terms of which may only be extended to the JLG Distributor. Sales of equipment not sold directly by JLG or sales of equipment to JLG Distributors by an entity other than JLG are hereby excluded from this RF Program. JLG, in its sole discretion, may determine a JLG Distributor’s eligibility under this RF Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JLG may cancel this RF Program at any time, and for any reason, without any liability owed to a JLG Distributor. JLG offers no direct financing under this RF Program.
