With the old process, swapping platforms was time-consuming and labor-intensive. Now, with this simple but smart enhancement, equipment can be turned around faster, get back out on rent sooner and stay compliant with safety regulations. It’s a small improvement on paper, but it has a huge impact on operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
