Hydraulic cylinders are used in aerial lifting equipment, including mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) and telehandlers, to power the lift and lower functions on the machine. If you are working on, or near, this type of machine, it is important to know where the hydraulic cylinders are located. This enables you to safely and effectively perform prescribed maintenance and warranty repairs on JLG® equipment.
