New JLG® AG619 Telehandler on Display at World Dairy Expo

Sep 29, 2025

McConnellsburg, PA (September 30, 2025) JLG Industries, an Oshkosh Corporation business (NYSE: OSK) and a leading global manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) and telehandlers, announces the JLG® AG619 agriculture telehandler, an all-new mid-size machine designed to deliver big performance in a compact package. Purpose-built for agricultural operations, the AG619 combines the lift capacity, lift height and advanced features farmers need to work more efficiently across barns, fields and feedlots. JLG has the AG619 on display for the first time at the 2025 World Dairy Expo, Booths TM 842 & 843, in Madison, Wisconsin, at the Alliant Energy Center, September 30-October 3.

“With the launch of the AG619, JLG enters this category with the only American-made telehandler in the size class — a key differentiator for farmers who value domestic manufacturing, parts availability and service support,” says Bob Nelson, Vice President & General Manager, JLG Agriculture. “From stacking bales to loading feed or moving pallets, this machine offers the reach, strength and reliability modern producers need to boost productivity across their farming operations.”

Built for Modern Agriculture

The JLG AG619 was designed from the ground up for farmers who need more than a compact loader but don’t require the size of a standard telehandler. With a 6,150-lb lift capacity, 19-ft lift height and 10-ft 1-in forward reach, the AG619 is ideal for everyday farming applications such as stacking bales, loading feed mixers, cleaning barns and towing trailers. Its compact footprint — just 6-ft 11-in wide and 7-ft 5-in tall, combined with a tight turning radius of 142-in — makes it highly maneuverable in and around barns, outbuildings, sheds, pens, lots, yards, dairies and other confined spaces.

Equipped with a Deutz TCD 3.6L 100-hp engine and a 2-speed hydrostatic transmission, the AG619 combines strength with speed. Its hydraulic output of 24 GPM @ 3,480 psi provides the muscle needed to power demanding attachments, while its 22-mph top travel speed ensures efficiency when traveling around farmyards and in between fields.

Other key performance highlights:

  • Load at Max Height: 5,000-lb
  • Load at Max Reach: 2,700-lb
  • Operating Weight: 13,600-lb
  • Boom cycle times: As fast as 5-7.5 seconds for increased productivity

Design That Delivers

JLG designed the AG619 with operator comfort in mind. The full-size cab, shared with larger models, features wide visibility, intuitive controls and optional air conditioning and suspension seating to reduce fatigue during long workdays. A multifunctional joystick provides precision control over the attachment, and an optional multifunction display with reversing camera and electronic load charts keeps vital information at the operator’s fingertips.

The AG619 also integrates smart technology and systems to enhance the operator’s experience:

  • Load Stability Indication (LSI): Color-coded visuals to help operators work with higher confidence
  • ClearSky Smart Fleet™: Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to reduce downtime and streamline service
  • Reversing Fan: Automatically clears debris from the cooling system, critical for dusty agricultural environments

Versatility Comes Standard

Farmers need one machine that can do it all, and the AG619 delivers with a wide range of JLG-approved attachments, including buckets, forks, bale spears, material grapples and more. The industry-first receiver hitch expands versatility by allowing seamless towing of trailers around the farm.

“The mid-capacity telehandler market is competitive,” says Nelson. “The unique advantages and class-leading features of the AG619 position it as a strong choice for medium- to large-scale dairy, feedlots, hay production, poultry and other livestock, as well as mixed-use farming operations.”

This new JLG agriculture telehandler is now available through JLG sales representatives and authorized dealers across North America. For orders or additional information, contact JLG Sales at 877-554-5438 or visit JLG Agriculture’s booth at the World Dairy Expo.
