Life After the Internship

JLG is a family with a focus on people first culture. However, our summer intern program is just the first step in introducing you to our family. Each summer, we hire numerous summer interns to work with us full-time. Additionally, many interns are given the opportunity to work with us virtually year-round while they attend school, or are recruited again next summer for a second internship experience!
