We offer complete factory reconditioning services that include off-the-lot stock reconditioned units and customer-owned fleet packages. This 11-day process restores boom lifts and telehandlers to their original specifications inside and out. The factory-trained experts at our facility follow strict JLG guidelines and use genuine parts to deliver fully-inspected, like-new equipment with a best-in-class warranty.

Our technicians conduct an extensive reconditioning process on JLG-branded equipment:

• Units are completely torn down and inspected
• Major sub-assemblies are verified for structural integrity
• All components are tagged and re-associated with the original serial numbered machine
• Powertrain is inspected and resealed or rebuilt, as needed
• All wiring harnesses and hydraulic hoses are replaced
• For lift booms, new wire rope kit is installed
