How JLG uses the information JLG collects

EU personal data will be transferred to and stored in the US at a server of JLG in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation. How JLG may share the information JLG collects

Third-party services and content.

Protection and storage of the information we collect

JLG deploys administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to safeguard the information that JLG collects. However, no information system can be 100% secure. Moreover, JLG is not responsible for the security of information you transmit to us over networks that JLG does not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.

JLG encourages you to contact us to update or correct your information if it changes or if you believe that any information that JLG has collected about you is inaccurate. You can also ask us to see what personal data we hold about you, to rectify or erase your personal data, or to port your personal data and you may tell us if you object to or want to restrict our use of your personal data.
