How long can I expect my equipment to be out of service?

On average, from door-to-door, you can expect your machine to be out of service for 45-60 days. This can vary based on scope of work to be performed, distance of customer to reconditioning facility and shipping methods.

Does it really take 11 days to recondition a machine?

Our process follows new manufacturing, so it is very efficient. Our technicians are highly skilled, averaging 15 years of experience.

What is the difference between reconditioned and refurbished equipment?

Reconditioned equipment is returned to the original manufacturer’s specifications.

Are you equipped to handle machines from other brands?

What does the warranty cover?

Are the parts being reused from my machine or any other machine in the facility?

We tag all components to ensure they are re-associated with the original serial numbered machine.

How much testing do you do of a newly reconditioned machine?

Each machine must pass an Annual Inspection prior to shipping to the customer.

How do I know what needs to be done to my machine?

The team at JLG will work to research the history of the machine and complete a thorough evaluation to determine the scope of work. We will detail this out for your approval prior to any work that is done.
