JLG® G9-43A Telehandler Customers: Counterbalance Valves on Lift Cylinders May Leak
Due to an error in the manufacturing process, some counterbalance valves shipped to JLG are prone to leaks. These particular counterbalance valves are used on lift cylinders installed on G9-43A telehandlers. To learn which units may contain the suspect valve, please reference the Counterbalance Service Bulletin (PDF 395KB), which includes rework instructions and warranty information as well.
Please contact your local JLG service representative for further information if required.

Online Express user profiles are designed to help keep you and your team organized. To eliminate confusion, each Online Express user should choose a unique password, and team leaders should keep the following points in mind when coordinating how they use Online Express:
There is no limit to how many usernames are available under an account and adding new usernames is free.
The functionality of individual usernames is customizable. For example, if a particular user does not need ordering capabilities, that function can be disabled for that profile.
When a password is changed, only the owner of the relevant username will receive the new password, ensuring that the rest of the team is not locked out of the system and that Online Express access is more secure.
