On newer JLG® aerial work platforms, there is an orientation switch installed on the platform control box. The drive orientation system is activated if the machine is swung to the side past the rear tires. Take note of the new RS Series Scissor Lift training course being held in February. This course provides a machine overview for the new RS Series as well as machine operation, mechanical and electrical components. Look for the E-learning module of this course in the near future.

How to Return Warranty Parts
When returning parts for warranty claims, it's important to include the paperwork in the box. Including the service bench claim paperwork will help ensure that the parts are checked back into the system quickly upon their return. Parts received with paperwork will be processed right away. Those lacking the correct documents will delay the process, and the warranty department may never know to whom the part belongs. We greatly appreciate your support in helping us improve this process!
