Construction Industry Forecasting

Are there any notable changes in public sector construction?

Public sector spending is decreasing. Employment, the stock market and gross domestic product are up, so stimulus spending by the federal government soon will be no longer necessary. The federal government spoke of tapering its spending earlier this year. Although the market wasn’t ready to hear that in mid-2013, several economists are pointing to 2014 as the year that corporations will start spending the cash they have been accumulating for the last few years.
