Warranty Training

These courses are designed to help familiarize JLG Account Holders with warranty policies, procedures and processing.  These courses will help reduce common errors that occur, thus saving time and money.  JLG’s Warranty Fundamentals Course covers the policy and procedures.  JLG’s Service Bench course covers JLG’s online warranty processing.  Please click on the links below for full course descriptions.  Both courses are offered via JLG Online Training.
