E-learning Course
Who Should Take This Course?
This course is for the account holder personnel who will be administering the warranty claims and who need to know the JLG Warranty system, policies and procedures. This course is for JLG Account Holders only.
Course Objectives
The objective of the Warranty Fundamentals Course is to provide the opportunity for account holders to understand the principles of the JLG Warranty system, to streamline processing of warranty claims, and reduce warranty cost/expenses associated with service/warranty repairs.
Administration
The Warranty Fundamentals Course is offered through the JLG E-learning site. This course is delivered via the internet and can be taken anywhere/anytime through a computer or laptop that is connected to the Internet. The course duration is approximately 30 minutes.
Tuition
Tuition for account holders is $50 per registrant.

To register for the course fax the On-line Training Registration Form to the JLG Training Department at 717-485-6013. Click here to be directed to the Registration Form for downloading and printing or go to www.jlg.com/training. Once registration is complete you will be e-mailed the URL, User ID and Password to begin this new and exciting training format. |
