Spanish Train-the-Trainer Safety Training
The Spanish Train-the-Trainer Course was designed by JLG to help our customers provide AWP and Telehandler operator training to the ever-growing Spanish-speaking workforce. This is the fastest growing demographic in North America expected to exceed one-fourth of all construction workers this decade.
The course has all the elements of our Train-the-Trainer course, but differs in a few ways. It is not a direct translation, all materials and methods are designed to teach in the culture. All terms and examples are created with native speaking translations and proper technical terms.
Who Should Take This Course?
All companies who employ Spanish speaking personnel or train Spanish-speaking workers should have their bi-lingual and native Spanish speaking training personnel take this course.
