Service Training
Who Should Attend This Course?
This course is for the JLG AWP service technician who will be servicing and repairing JLG LE and RT Scissor machines. The technicians should have a minimum of 6 months' AWP experience, have completed the Basic Hydraulic and Electrical Courses, Technician Fundamentals Course and have a thorough working knowledge of a Digital Volt Ohm Meter (DVOM) and a hydraulic pressure gauge.
Course Objectives
The objectives of the JLG Large Scissors courses are to provide the opportunity for service technicians to learn and understand the machine's hydraulic and electrical systems; how to troubleshoot basic hydraulic and electrical problems; how to properly pressure check the hydraulic system; unique machine operational characteristics; understand the ADE system along with the proper use of the JLG Analyzer; and machine maintenance criteria and schedules. This will be accomplished through classroom and hands-on exercises.

Materials
Includes the JLG Service Training Manual plus a complete set of relevant hydraulic and electrical schematics.
Administration
This course runs three days, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily beginning on Tuesday and concluding on Thursday. Early departures will not be awarded a certificate. Lunch is provided for students at JLG Training Centers.
Dates and Locations
For training at a JLG Training Center, JLG will provide shuttle service to and from the recommended hotel. Students should be in the lobby of the hotel for a 7:30 a.m. departure on each day of the course.

Tuition
Tuition is $399 per student for the three-day course at JLG Training Centers.
