Your local JLG Distributor is ready to assist you with diagnostic/troubleshooting assistance, parts, operator, parts and technical manuals and schematics for your equipment. To locate the JLG dealer nearest you, simply click on this link, JLG Distributors select the geographic location and JLG product you need support for. This will provide you with the Distributor location and contact information nearest you. If you are not able to locate a JLG Distributor near you or one who can assist you with your after market support, you may still submit a case to JLG Industries, Inc.
If yes, we have a team of experienced technicians completely familiar with JLG products ready to provide assistance should a non-routine problem develop during the operation or maintenance of your Aerial Work Platform, Telehandler or Trailer. You may submit a case to our Service Team by completing the case form entirely with as much detail as possible. Once the case is received, it will be assigned to a product specialist for evaluation and response. If additional information is needed from you, we may contact you by E mail or telephone. Currently, there is no charge for current JLG account holders.
