Warranty
We back all of our equipment with a strong warranty program. Our aerial work platforms feature a “1 and 5” Warranty providing one year Standard Warranty on parts and five years Structural Warranty on structural components. Our telehandlers feature a “1, 2 and 5” Warranty providing one year Standard Warranty on parts, two years on drivetrain, and five years structural.
Warranty is established by the completion and submission of the First Delivery Warranty Registration Form.
Warranty claims may be filed electronically using JLG's ONLINE EXPRESS® system.

We back up our commitment with a vigorous product support organization, including a warranty program that was designed to exceed our customers expectation. Our account holders have the capability of submitting warranty claims through our Electronic Warranty System.
