Warranty


We back all of our equipment with a strong warranty program. Our aerial work platforms feature a “1 and 5” Warranty providing one year Standard Warranty on parts and five years Structural Warranty on structural components. Our telehandlers feature a “1, 2 and 5”  Warranty providing one year Standard Warranty on parts, two years or 2,000 hours on drivetrain, and five years structural. 

Warranty is established by the completion and submission of the First Delivery Warranty Registration Form. (43 KB PDF)

Warranty claims may be filed electronically using JLG's ONLINE EXPRESS® system.

JLG is committed to designing and building equipment that will deliver excellent productivity and long life. We back up our commitment with a vigorous product support organization, including a warranty program that was designed to exceed our customers expectation. Our account holders have the capability of submitting warranty claims through our Electronic Warranty System.

We will strive to understand the needs of all customers, translate those needs to process changes, use systems to gain efficiencies in our processes, and ensure all customers are well informed through formal warranty training. JLG Warranty will lead the way in data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive corrective actions through proper channels within the organization. We will be persistent in our responsibility to identify opportunities that will continue to improve warranty operations.
