Train-the-Trainer Safety Training
The Train-the-Trainer Course was designed by JLG to assist customers who require a qualified resident instructor to train and qualify operators of Aerial Work Platforms and Telehandlers. Having a JLG Train-the-Trainer qualified instructor provides customers with the flexibility to conduct their own internal training at their own discretion.
Additionally, those who resell or lease machines get the ability to confidently offer operator training to their customers either as a value-added service or a potential source of additional revenue.
We also offer the Train-the-Trainer course in Spanish. The demographics of the industry reveal an ever-increasing requirement for our dealers and customers to have the ability to conduct safety training in Spanish.
The JLG Train-the-Trainer program qualifies individuals to fulfill requirements set forth by OSHA regulations and ANSI/SIA standards for operator training and issue operator cards on both AWPs and Telehandlers. The Train-the-Trainer qualification is valid for five years. A refresher course is required every five years to insure instructors remain current with the continuous deeveopments and changes within the industry and can confidently deliver the highest caliber training.
