Service Training
Who Should Attend This Course?
These courses, in English or Spanish, are for the new and/or aspiring service technician requiring the basic hydraulic and electrical knowledge needed for troubleshooting. These self-taught courses have been custom designed for the exclusive use of JLG Service Technicians.
Course Objectives
The objective of the Basic Hydraulic and Electric Courses is to provide the opportunity for service technicians to build the necessary foundational knowledge to be able to advance to higher levels of Service Training. The topics covered on each subject will be hydraulic and electric theory and principle, how hydraulic and electrical components function and hydraulic symbols.
Materials
Each course will include the student training manual and CD.
Administration
Currently, both courses are self-taught and may be ordered through the JLG Parts Department under English Part Number 3128002 or Spanish Part Number 31201399. The final test is taken online, and can be arranged by contacting JLG JLG Training at 1-877-JLG-LIFT.
Dates and Locations
These courses are taken at the convenience of the students at their desired location and time.

Call the JLG Parts Department at 877-JLG-LIFT and ask for English Part Number 3128002 or Spanish Part Number 31201399. Tuition for each course, which includes the final test, is $50.00 net.
